The curvature also allows the user to squeeze the handle in a natural gripping motion. The contoured designed and padded finger bar gently supports the palm for additional comfort. The color-coded (yellow, red and blue) latex-free bands rubber bands (three each) provide different resistance levels for hand strengthening exercises. The bands can easily be placed on the extra-large outside pegs. Four clips are also included for blocking extension and flexion exercises.
