These soft grip hand weights were developed by a patient during a physical therapy session, who was having difficulty grasping a dumbbell. She wanted something that would conform to her grasp, be comfortable, but not floppy. People who have difficulty holding dumbbells will find these soft, flexible weights easy to grasp. Each color is a different weight. These soft, color-coded hand weights are great for light workouts, for people with arthritis, or users who have difficulty gripping.
