Carrot Spread

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbs. olive oil
  • 1 pinch of oregano optional
  • 1 tsp. nutritional yeast

Instructions
 

  • Cook the carrot with little water
  • Saute the onion and garlic without oil, then add tomatoes, salt and oregano
  • Blend the carrot with a little cooking water
  • Add the remaining ingredients and blend well
  • Add the olive oil
