Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of boiled and peeled sweet potatoes
  • 1 cup and a half of almond milk
  • 6 tablespoons carob powder
  • 4 tablespoons of organic sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender until creamy.
  • Pour into a bowl or popsicle mold and freeze for at least 3 hours.
  • Remove from the freezer and let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Get ready. It's delicious!
