Ingredients

of boiled and peeled sweet potatoes

cup
and a half of almond milk
6
tablespoons
carob powder
4
tablespoons
of organic sugar
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a blender until creamy.
Pour into a bowl or popsicle mold and freeze for at least 3 hours.
Remove from the freezer and let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Get ready. It's delicious!
