Ingredients

cup
lupine seeds
in brime
1
Tbs
yeast flakes
6
tsp
agar agar
juice of half a lemon
2
Tbs
olive oil
½
clove of garlic
Instructions
Cook the agar agar in 3 cups of water over low heat, stirring constantly.
Blend with the rest of ingredients.
Pour into a greased form.
Cover and chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
