Coconut Rice Bread

We really love to invent in the kitchen! Coconut bread with brown rice flour. Delicious bread with different flavor and super easy to make =)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • 1 Tbsp dry yeast
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flours well with the yeast.
  • Add salt and mix again.
  • Add the rolled oats and mix again.
  • Add 1½ cups of water and mix more until it forms a very homogeneous mass.
  • Put the dough in a form.
  • Bake for 1 hour at 390°F (200ºC).
  • Turn off the oven and let it cool down.

Notes

Wait at least 6h before eating for all yeast to die.
