Coconut Rice Bread

We really love to invent in the kitchen! Coconut bread with brown rice flour. Delicious bread with different flavor and super easy to make =)

Ingredients

cup
coconut flour
1
cup
brown rice flour
1
Tbsp
dry yeast
1
cup
rolled oats
1/2
cup
coconut flakes
1
tsp
salt
Instructions
Mix the flours well with the yeast.
Add salt and mix again.
Add the rolled oats and mix again.
Add 1½ cups of water and mix more until it forms a very homogeneous mass.
Put the dough in a form.
Bake for 1 hour at 390°F (200ºC).
Turn off the oven and let it cool down.
Notes
Wait at least 6h before eating for all yeast to die.
